Arrival & Departure:
- Check-In: from 15.00 hrs – Check-Out: until 09.30 hrs.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or reduced number of persons, the room rate for the respective booked days will be charged (no deductions).
- If your arrival is delayed and you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know by telephone.
- No subletting or changing of persons within the booking period is permitted.
Deposit/Payment
- After you have made your reservation, we ask you to pay the agreed deposit. Deposits will be retained as cancellation fees!
- Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is binding.
- You are welcome to pay the remaining amount in cash upon arrival or transfer it free of charge in advance.
- Please note that we do NOT accept credit or debit cards!
Cancellation Insurance
The daily rate in the booked category will be charged as an empty bed fee (in case of late arrival or early departure).
Cancellation fees:
- a free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival – the deposit will be refunded
- in case of cancellation within the 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the total price
- in case of a very short notice cancellation within 2 weeks 90% will be charged
- please contact us personally regarding your cancellation.
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance!
